This shop offers digital and physical products.
Digital products include PDF workbooks and other downloadable files. These products are delivered electronically and no physical product will be shipped.
Physical products include printed workbooks or other physical goods that are shipped to the customer.
The product page clearly states whether a product is a digital download or a physical product.
3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop constitutes an offer to purchase under the conditions stated in the product description.
The customer can place products in the shopping cart and review the order before completing the checkout.
By clicking the final purchase button, such as “Buy now”, “Pay now”, “Complete order” or a similar button, the customer submits a binding order.
The contract is concluded once the order has been completed and confirmed by the shop or payment provider.
Order confirmation and relevant order information will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.
The available payment methods are displayed during the checkout process.
Payment is due immediately at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that all payment and contact details are correct.
5. Digital Products
Digital products are delivered by download link, email, or another electronic delivery method after purchase.
No physical product will be shipped for digital products.
Due to the digital nature of these products and the immediate access provided after purchase, all sales of digital products are final.
Once the order has been completed and the digital file has been made available, cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not offered, unless required by applicable law.
If the customer experiences technical issues accessing or downloading a digital product, they should contact us at s.productivemind@gmail.com. We will help resolve the issue and provide access to the purchased file where possible.
6. License for Digital Products
Digital products are provided for personal use only.
The customer may not copy, resell, share, distribute, upload, publish, modify, or otherwise make the digital product available to third parties without prior written permission.
All intellectual property rights remain with Mettler Visionworks or the respective rights holder.
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of the copyright or intellectual property rights.
7. Physical Products
Physical products are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer during checkout.
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address.
Shipping costs, delivery times, and available shipping countries are displayed at checkout or in the Shipping Policy.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays, customs processing, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.
8. Customs, Duties and Import Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other charges may apply depending on the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
9. Withdrawal and Returns
Different rules apply to digital and physical products.
Digital products:
Digital products are excluded from returns, cancellations, exchanges, and refunds once the digital file has been made available, unless required by applicable law.
Physical products:
For physical products, customers may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must contact us by email at s.productivemind@gmail.com and clearly state the decision to return the product.
The returned product must be unused, clean, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the product.
Refunds for physical products may be withheld until we have received the returned product or until the customer has provided proof of return shipment.

10. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If a physical product arrives damaged or the customer receives the wrong item, the customer should contact us as soon as possible at s.productivemind@gmail.com.
The customer should include the order number and photos of the product and packaging where possible.
We will review the case and offer a suitable solution where appropriate.
11. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee specific results, outcomes, productivity improvements, health improvements, financial results, or personal success.
The content provided is not medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice.
If professional support is needed, the customer should consult a qualified professional.
12. Liability
