1. Digital Products
Digital products, including PDF workbooks and instant downloads, are delivered electronically after purchase. No physical product will be shipped.
Due to the digital nature of these products and the immediate access provided after purchase, all sales of digital products are final. Once the order has been completed and the digital file has been made available, cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not offered, unless required by applicable law.
If you experience technical issues accessing or downloading your file, please contact us at s.productivemind@gmail.com. We will help you resolve the issue and provide access to the purchased file where possible.
For customers in jurisdictions where a statutory right of withdrawal may apply, you acknowledge that by purchasing an instant digital download and receiving access to the file immediately, you agree that the digital content is provided before the end of any withdrawal period and that your right of withdrawal may expire once the digital file has been made available, where permitted by applicable law.
2. Physical Products
For physical products, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, have received the physical product.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by sending a clear statement by email to:

Please include your name, order number, email address used for the order, and the product you wish to return.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your withdrawal notice before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.
3. Return of Physical Products
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the physical product without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
The product must be returned in unused, clean, undamaged, and resalable condition. You are only responsible for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary to inspect the condition, characteristics, or functioning of the product.
4. Refunds for Physical Products
If you withdraw from the purchase of a physical product, we will refund the payment received from you for the returned product, excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or until you have provided proof that you have sent it back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No additional fees will be charged for the refund.
5. Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- digital products once the digital file has been made available;
- products that have been used, damaged, altered, or are no longer in resalable condition;
- sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed;
- personalized or custom-made products, if applicable.
6. Important Notice
Please read the product description carefully before purchasing. Product pages clearly indicate whether the product is a digital download or a physical product.
Digital products are marked as digital downloads and are not shipped physically.
Physical products are shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout.
