1. Digital Products

Digital products, including PDF downloads, are delivered electronically. No physical product will be shipped.

After purchase, the digital file will be made available by download link or email. No shipping fees apply to digital products.

2. Physical Products

Physical products are shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout.

Please make sure that your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

3. Shipping Countries

We currently ship to the countries available at checkout.

If your country is not available during checkout, we currently do not offer shipping to your location.

4. Processing Time

Orders for physical products are usually processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been received.

Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays.

5. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination country and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Digital products do not have shipping costs.

7. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other charges may apply depending on the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

9. Damaged Packages

Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
